SistersLab - Association of Women in Science and Technology is looking for volunteer mentors for the free software academies they will organize for women.
Mentors for the academy, which aims to give 200 women with engineering degrees aged 22-29 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) the opportunity to have a good start in the IT sector,
- Will support the participants in their transition into business life and in their personal and social development;
- Will hold discussions with the participants about success in business, career planning with the participants and the participants' goals.
- Will share their own experiences with Academy participants to help them improve their soft skills.
Mentoring Program will;
- Be 8 hours in total,
- Be with one-on-one online sessions,
- Takes place within the availability of the mentors and mentees.
Who can apply to be a mentor?
We welcome applications from candidates who;
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the software industry,
- Have constructive and effective communication skills,
- Are willing to share their knowledge/experience!
