UN Trust Fund 27th call for proposals

Applications are open for the 27th call for proposals of the United Nations Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women. Civil society organizations working to end violence against women and girls can apply with their 4-year projects with a budget between $150,000 - $1,000,000.

The UN Trust Fund invites civil society organizations with expertise in ending violence against women and girls to submit projects to end violence against women and girls who face multiple discrimination. Applications from women's organizations, women-led civil society organizations, self-organizing models and small organizations are strongly encouraged and will be given preference. Smaller, local and grassroots organizations working in the field of women's and girls' rights can apply with a maximum of 4 implementing partners.

There are two funding categories in this year's call.

  • General: Combating violence against women and girls who experience multiple forms of discrimination and those that intersect with other forms of discrimination; and
  • Specific: Combating violence against women and girls affected by the crisis.

Projects that go beyond national borders and cover a maximum of 10 countries will also be considered.
