Applications are now open for the Financial Empowerment Program – One-on-One Consulting Component, which aims to strengthen the financial resilience of civil society organizations. We invite you to our online information session to learn all the details about this special program, which will provide 15 CSOs seeking to implement sustainable, non-funding, and value-based resource development strategies with expert support for 12 months, ask your questions, and meet our team.
The Financial Empowerment Program information session will be held on Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. on the Zoom Platform.
What will we discuss?
In this one-hour event, we will focus on the following topics:
- Program Philosophy: Why do we approach resource development not only as “grant seeking” but also as “organizational culture” and “relationship management”?
- What does one-on-one consulting entail? What can you expect during the 12-month support process? (Strategy development, trying new methods, implementation support.)
- Process and Expectations: Criteria for application, evaluation, and how 15 organizations will be selected.
- The role of the community and volunteer network: How will the program's other components (Learning Community, Volunteer Expert Network, and Hub) support this process?
- Q&A: We will allocate ample time to answer questions from all organizations considering applying.
