As Degistiren Adimlar Association, we are changing the world with our steps. Our journey with the goal of creating a "Culture of Shared Living" based on diversity, inclusion and equity has grown and gained impact since 2015 when the Colorful Campus program began! In this context, we are developing and implementing responsible leadership and awareness programs in accessible formats for young talent with and without disabilities at the high school and college levels, with the Colorful Campus, where we had 326 graduates in the first nine semesters, and the Colorful Steps programs, which we ran for the first time this year.
In keeping with our "horizontal and participatory civil society" approach, we run the Degistiren Adimlar Association with our alumni, mentors, members and volunteers, and extended management teams. Are you ready to be part of the work we do with passion and enthusiasm by participating in the extended management teams and creating social benefits "for the good of the whole"?

If the first step of the process is positive, we will contact you again to inform you of the process by which you can complete the volunteer process and the steps you must follow to complete your association membership, which is a requirement to volunteer with our association.
