As we work to achieve our goals in our organizations, we have many experiences where the human elements in our organization lose their well-being or the conflicts within the organization become crises. When conflict turns into a crisis, it can be difficult to resolve. However, before the problems turn into a crisis, it is possible to ensure labor peace by opening space for feelings and needs, noticing the crisis signals early and seeing possible conflicts as an opportunity for transformation.
In this workshop, we will look at ways to improve the emotional vocabulary and create space for needs in intra-organizational communication. We will look at the function of mechanisms such as evaluation and feedback to support labor peace and talk about how we can design them in our own organization."
