Online Event from the International Civil Society Network Association: "A Brief Overview of Children's Rights: What Is Child Participation and Safety, What Is It Not, How Is It Ensured?"

On September 27, the International Civil Society Network Association, in partnership with Ceren SUNTEKİN from the Partnership Network to Prevent Violence Against Children, is organizing an online event titled "A Brief Overview of Children's Rights: What Is Child Participation and Safety, What Is It Not, How Is It Ensured?"

Within the scope of the International Civil Society Network Association's Rights-Oriented Life Project, "Rights" Webinars are continuing. As the second webinar in this series, an event on children's rights is being held with Ceren SUNTEKİN, a member of the Executive Board of the Partnership Network to Prevent Violence Against Children and an expert in child and youth affairs.

This webinar aims to explore the answers to questions about what child participation and safety are, what they are not, and how they can be ensured within the mainstream of children's rights. It seeks to shed light on the significance of child participation and safety in the mainstreaming of children's rights, a subject often not fully understood in civil society.

This webinar also addresses questions such as how we can ensure meaningful participation of children in civil activities involving them and what we should understand by child safety. It invites participation from anyone interested in this topic.

To participate in the event, please fill out the form and ensure that you receive a confirmation email in your inbox.

The Zoom link will be sent via email one day before the event.
