Completed his undergraduate education at the Department of Public Administration of Middle East Technical University. After working as a professional at non-governmental organizations in the field of human rights for a while, he started to work as a project monitoring and evaluation specialist in grant programs started by the EU and other donors.
He worked as a grant monitoring and evaluation expert in STGM’s projects. He took part in a capacity building program for non-governmental organizations working with Syrian refugees.
Kıraç is currently working as a corporate development specialist in the Corporate Support Program for local NGOs.
