With the theme of freedom of religion or belief and gender equality in Turkey, the conference aims to explore and analyze human rights issues that arise at the intersection of the right to freedom of religion or belief and gender equality, both of which are protected in fundamental international human rights conventions. It also aims to discuss Turkey's historical, institutional, and structural problems related to this issue and to contribute to the visibility of studies being conducted at the Academy on these topics.
