Young Life Foundation is looking for a project field coordinator and field manager to be assigned within the scope of the Child Labor Prevention Program.
For the Project Field Coordinator
Tasks
- Proje Saha Koordinatörü olarak en az 6 ay boyunca tam zamanlı çalışmak
- Projenin saha sürecinde gerekli bütün çalışmaların içerisinde yer almak
- Projenin saha uygulama aşamalarını yürütmek ve bölge koordinatörüne raporlama yapmak
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree preferably in social sciences and educational sciences
- At least 2 years or more of experience in the civil society field
- Good command of Kurdish and preferably fluent in English and Arabic
- Have a Class B license and can actively drive for at least 2 years
- No travel restrictions
- Proficient in MS Office programs
- Residing in Istanbul or able to reside in Istanbul for at least 1 month

For the Field Manager
Tasks
- Working full time for 3 months as Project Site Manager
- To take part in all necessary work during the field process of the project
- Carrying out the field implementation stages of the project and reporting to the project field coordinator
General Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's Degree (Preferably Social Sciences and Educational Sciences)
- Those who want to gain experience or pursue a career in civil society
- Fluent in Kurdish, preferably in Arabic and English
- Has a class B license and can actively drive
- No travel restrictions
- Proficient in MS Office programs
