Bertha Tobias a prominent activist struggling against gender based violence in the #ShutItAllDown protests in Namibia, Furkan Dabanıyastı an alumni from Boğaziçi University and also an activist, Leonid Drabkin general coordinator of OVD-Info which documents and helps the victims of political persecution in Russia and Philip Gamaghelyan an academic from Joan B. Kroc School of Peace Studies at the University of San Diego, will discuss how grassroots movements and networks can operate and transform civil society and how these interfaces can play a role in the future of civil society with the moderation of Ali Bayramoğlu.
