Guidelines on Freedom of Expression Online and Offline

"Guiding Principles on Freedom of Expression Online and Offline" was published and accepted by the European Council.

Although the said guide constitutes the 11th guide in the field of human rights, it is the first guide especially on freedom of expression. The EU thus underlines once again the fundamental role that freedom of thought and expression plays in any democratic society.
