In this context, 139 textbooks from all branches, most of which were re-prepared according to the renewed curriculum and taught in primary and secondary education in the 2007-2008 academic year, were extensively analyzed and reported with the participation of 74 trained volunteers consisting of teachers, parents and undergraduate and graduate students.

In addition, it is stated that the perceptions and evaluations of teachers and students regarding human rights and textbooks are measured through a questionnaire applied to 2597 students and 1044 teachers in primary and secondary schools across Turkey.
