The deadline is 11 May 2022 Wednesday 11:59 pm. Only CSO representatives will be eligible to apply for the face-to-face program of Everybody Needs Backup Courses.
Within the scope of Everybody Needs Backup Courses which is a long term training course (LTTC), we are aiming to introduce the civil society arena, share the basic concepts/discussions regarding civil society and recognize the fundamental skills and approaches required for the change we want to create within this arena.
Within this long-term training program which includes get-togethers with the participants through various courses, each course content is structured to support each other. The courses are prepared with a comprehensive and structured capacity strengthening approach that combines the practical experiences of participants and academic and professional knowledge.
This training program, which comprises the 4-month period between May-September 2022 has a single application form. With this single application form, you will have applied to all four courses. It is sufficient that you spare three days per month for each course. We also would like to remind you that if your application is accepted, you will be expected to participate in all courses.

Before applying for the Everyone Needs Back-up Courses for Everyone, our advice is to complete the online courses on the STOK Learning Platform. During the evaluation of your application, having completed the online content on the STOK Learning Platform will give you priority.
In Everyone Needs Back-up Courses;
- We will define the basic concepts, approaches, and discussions on civil society in the historical process and position ourselves within the civil society ecosystem.
- We will reinforce the concepts of organizational design and organizational capacity, and learn the sine qua non of organizational management.
- We will deal with the concept of mainstreaming with a rights-based approach and grasp the importance of establishing an inclusive perspective.
- We will focus on our communication skills and define participation and advocacy activities based on communication.
How Can You Apply?
If you want to participate in the face-to-face program of Everyone Needs Back-up Courses, you must first register on the STOK Learning Platform. To apply, you can register in the system here and then follow the steps to reach the application form.
Having completed the online content on the STOK Learning Platform at the time of your application will give you priority.
The application deadline is Wednesday, May 11, 2022, at 23:59.
Within 10 days of the application deadline, the application evaluation process will be completed and you will receive a response regarding your application.
Let us remind you that if your application is accepted, a "support letter" will be requested from the management structure of the organization you represent, stating that they support your participation in the entire program on behalf of your organization.
