Present Status in Regards to Assistance Services for Citizens - 2015 Benchmark Report for European Countries and Turkey was produced based on the Project Synthesis Report prepared by the project leader European Citizen Action Service (ECAS) and the desk research and field research results obtained by STGM within the context of the Triple A for Citizens: Access to Information, Advice and Active Help Project.
