Final Report of the Black Sea Youth Participation Summit

The Youth Laboratory Association has published the final report of the Black Sea Youth Participation Summit, which it held in Samsun in January 2026. The Black Sea Youth Participation Project, conducted within the scope of the Erasmus+ KA154 Youth Participation Program, brought together young people from 18 provinces of the Black Sea Region to collectively address regional youth issues and propose solutions through joint deliberation.

The summit outcomes present concrete policy recommendations based on young people's experiences regarding topics such as transportation and accessibility, youth migration and employment, social and cultural infrastructure, environmental and climate sensitivity, and participation in and representation within decision-making processes.

Emphasizing that young people are not only a target group but also active stakeholders in policy-making processes, the report serves as a guiding resource for decision-makers and local stakeholders.

The report has been published in Turkish.
