The report, authored by researcher Ayça Yüksel, defines guiding principles for local governments to guide decision-making and policy development processes, placing public health and well-being at the center. It is hoped that the guiding principles will guide the understanding of local government policy that adopts a structural, comprehensive and holistic program rather than presenting a list of immediately implementable measures.
