The report brings together the observation reports of the project team and the guides, who follow the capacity development process of the organizations within the scope of the Support for Rights program, and the solution proposals produced by the representatives of non-governmental organizations regarding the shrinking democratic civil space and the Covid-19 period.

In the report; especially in the last two years, the restrictions that have affected non-governmental organizations more and more with the epidemic, their impact on the field of work and target groups, are discussed based on the experiences of the participating organizations and local perspectives.
