This booklet, which we have prepared for publication with the support of your influential EU, includes the provision of holistic services to persons exposed to gender-based violence, the inclusive principles to be determined while establishing minimum standards, and legally binding and non-binding international obligations.

This study aims to provide a standard for minimum standards for support services and their scope, limits, basic principles, and applications.

The book draws a roadmap on the measures that member states can take when dealing with violence. Institutions, CSOs, professional experts, academicians, and students responsible for providing services in this field can benefit from this publication.
