Illustrating the story of the determination displayed in the face of challenges by the civil society organization in Turkey, this book provides a fine opportunity also for evaluating the present situation of the organizations active in these fields. 

The book titled as Rights-Based Civil Society Organizations in Turkey - Problems and Solution Seeking, first printed in 2007, which included the meetings that provided the perspectives of civil society organizations that carry out activities in the fields of human rights, environment, gender, youth, handicapped people, children and cultural rights, was later updated with the inclusion of CSOs active in the fields of the rights of individuals living with HIV, animal rights, elderly rights, refugee rights and urban rights.
