GKGSP Project: Migrant Smuggling Activities in The East And Southeast Anatolia

The Association for Integration of Vulnerable Groups has published the report of its study to monitor the current status of the humanitarian dimension of migrant/human trafficking. The study includes the results of the research on migrant smuggling within the scope of the CSO Resource Center Project supported by the European Union and carried out by us.

Within the framework of migrant management, within the scope of the project regarding the migrant smuggling, with taking into consideration the possibility of Turkey, as the country which is a candidate for EU membership, to being formed the eastern border of the European Union and being the facade of the combat against terrorist organizations, the partnership of EU-Turkey about integrated border security is examined in the study and the remarkable progress of Turkey in this regard is tried to be revealed.
